Curated Wellness Programmes

Sprout brings together cold-pressed juices, wellness shots and plant-based food in structured programmes. We select recipes from our approved product range, prepare the portions for your chosen plan and show you the daily schedule before you begin.

Clear Portions & Daily Schedules

Every plan page tells you what is supplied, the ingredients, serving sizes and number of programme days. Cold-pressed juices are 500 ml and wellness shots are 60 ml. Soup, broth, smoothie and meal portions are shown separately on the relevant plan.

A Balanced, Transparent Approach to Wellness

Our programmes are food and wellness products. Individual experiences vary. A cleanse does not promise treatment of a condition or a fixed amount of weight loss.

No recurring payment will be taken unless you actively choose a repeat subscription.

What Is Inside

Know what you are choosing. Each product listing identifies its type, serving size and ingredients. A plan may include cold-pressed juice, a wellness shot, smoothie, almond mylk, soup, broth, salad, breakfast or main dish, according to its published schedule.

We use the approved Sprout product menu for each programme. If a product must change before production, we will tell you before supplying a substitute and check any relevant ingredient or allergen concern with you.

Show on every product page: product name, type, volume or portion, full ingredients, allergens, programme day and serving order.

Delivery Policy

Scheduled UAE delivery 

At checkout, select an available start date and see whether your address is in our delivery area. Standard plan delivery is arranged for up to two programme days per dispatch. A one-day plan has one dispatch. Your confirmation shows the actual dispatch dates; the number of programme days is not necessarily the number of deliveries.

Sunday scheduling 

Sprout does not schedule routine Sunday dispatch. Where a programme includes Sunday, its products are normally supplied with the preceding Saturday delivery, within the two-day dispatch limit. Your delivery calendar will show this before payment.

Changes and pauses 

Request a pause or date change before the published production cutoff for the affected delivery. We will confirm the revised schedule according to production and delivery capacity. Once products have been prepared or dispatched, a change may no longer be possible for that delivery.

Receiving your order 

Provide an accurate address, a reachable mobile number and any helpful delivery instructions. If an address is outside our service area, checkout will show the available option or prevent the order before payment.
