This meal is fully cooked and ready to eat, packaged in vacuum-sealed glass jars which are microwave safe. Break the vacuum before warming the food.
Instructions
1) Open the jar: hold the lid of the jar with one hand and pull the tab straight out (not up) with the other hand. Remove the rubber ring.
2) Warm the food: warm the food (lid on or off) directly in the glass jar either using a microwave or an oven. You can also transfer the food into a small pot and heat it on the stove top. You may want to add a spoon of water while heating to retain consistency and creaminess.
3) Tip for lunchbox: Warm the meal and transfer to a thermos to send to nursery.
Always store in the refrigerator at 4 degrees. Shelf-life is 7 days from date of production, stored refrigerated at 4 degrees. Once opened, consume within 48hrs. Refer to the production label sticker on jar.
