Sprout meals are prepared fresh and shipped fresh! Your meals will arrive in an insulated box, with dry ice. When your meals arrive, they should be cold to the touch. If they are not, or the lids of the jars are loose, please contact us immediately at +971501019649. We recommend retrieving your meals from the box as soon as possible after delivery and placing them in the fridge. If your meals arrive frozen, don’t worry! We don’t ship our meals frozen, but we have found that our insulation coupled with the measures taken to keep them cold during transit can sometimes push the meals into the freezing zone. You can still safely put them right in the fridge.
